The City is seeking a qualified supplier to provide cathodic protection (CP) pipeline current mapping (PCM) services and cathodic protection system repairs for portions of the City’s primary water main network. The work includes above-ground PCM investigations of water mains identified as having unknown or insufficient cathodic protection, the identification and location of potential shorts or continuity issues, and recommendations to improve system effectiveness. The work also includes the supply, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of cathodic protection system components, including anode bed and rectifier repairs.
