The purpose of the 2026 Sidewalk Warranty Program is to repair sidewalks, curbs, and gutters constructed in 2020, 2021, and 2022 that have deteriorated or sustained damage, thereby maintaining safe and accessible pedestrian infrastructure. The program also includes warranty repair work that was not completed under the 2025 Sidewalk Warranty Program due to contractor deficiencies or the inability to complete the required repairs during the 2025 construction season. This work will be incorporated into the 2026 contract. |
