The City of Saskatoon is seeking Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) services for the PURE Project (the Project). The ICE will act in an advisory role and provide cost estimate updates throughout the design phase of the project.  The City is looking for a proponent with significant experience estimating industrial and municipal infrastructure projects from the start of design through to the final detailed design stage.  The ICE will provide support until the construction phase begins.  The City may also request input from the ICE during construction.
