Description: 

The City of Saskatoon requires the construction of a Traffic Signal Infrastructure Material Laydown Area to support Link Project activities for the 2026 construction season. The laydown area will serve as a centralized, secure location for storing traffic signal infrastructure components prior to installation.

The work includes the supply of all labour, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to construct a gravel access area, storage pad, and associated drainage features. The completed site must safely accommodate the storage, loading, and unloading of large and heavy traffic signal materials.
