The City of Saskatoon is looking to hire a general contractor to supply and install an underground watermain and sanitary force main to service the future Saskatoon Organics Processing Facility, located near and adjacent to the Material Recovery Center. The scope of work includes delivering all labor, materials, and equipment required for the successful installation of the pipe in compliance with the project specifications and safety standards. The Saskatoon Organics Processing Facility is designed to convert source-separated organic waste into compost and relies on efficient water management to ensure operational success. This project arose from the City's commitment to achieving sustainability goals and diverting organic waste from landfills. |
