The City of Saskatoon is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the implementation of a public-facing online portal that will allow residents to self-register and purchase parking permits through the Residential Parking Permit (RPP) Program. The portal will be designed with the flexible to support additional on-street and off-street digital parking permit types in the future. This scalable approach will enable Parking Services to transition to a comprehensive digital permitting solution for all permitting programs, improving efficiency, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
