The City of Saskatoon is seeking to engage the services of a Consultant to develop content for an Affordable Housing Sustainability Handbook. The Handbook will support multi-family housing developers and providers, building owners, and property managers in making informed decisions about sustainable building design practices early in the development or retrofit process. The Handbook will focus on enhancing affordability while supporting the long-term preservation and sustainability of affordable housing.
