The City of Saskatoon is seeking to engage the service of a Contractor to modify an existing sanitary sewer trunk along Melville Street to allow a proper gravity connection to newly constructed infrastructure. The Work includes lowering a section of the existing sanitary trunk between manholes, installing a new manhole, and completing all associated excavation, restoration, and tie-ins. 

Due to high sanitary flow, temporary sewer bypass pumping will be required, including appropriate redundancy, monitoring, and environmental protection measures. 

The project shall be delivered while coordinating access for surrounding properties and businesses and minimizing disruptions in a constrained urban environment.
