An environmental investigation is required to determine is contaminated soils are present within the ROW/construction extents of the proposed Blairmore Primary Water Main. A field investigation with sampling and testing will be required with a report presenting the findings of the investigation and recommendations for managing contamination soils, protecting workers for the pipe installation and protecting the pipe, as necessary.
