The City of Saskatoon is procuring a multi-phased roadway construction contract to support ongoing development in the Aspen Ridge area. The contract includes the construction of the roadways in Aspen Ridge E1-B1, and C2 (provisional) planned for the 2026 construction season, with additional roadway construction in E2 scheduled for 2027 following completion of water and sewer infrastructure in 2026. The E1 roadways will complete infrastructure development in that area and support continued residential growth, while the C2 roadways are required to enable future commercial development. This phased approach allows roadway construction to align with servicing availability and development timelines. |
