The City of Saskatoon is seeking Owner Advisor Services for the Waterworks Program - Back Yard Project . The City is looking for a proponent with significant experience with Construction Management contracts to facilitate the collaboration that the City expects to achieve by using CMAR. The OA will provide ongoing support throughout the duration to completion of the Back Yard Project at the existing WTP.
