The City of Saskatoon is undertaking an Information Management initiative focused on improving enterprise information governance and records management. As part of this initiative, the City is implementing a governance framework to support the secure management, retention, accessibility, and lifecycle control of business information across the organization. 

To support these objectives, the City is evaluating solutions that enable users to capture and file email messages and attachments from Microsoft Outlook into SharePoint Online in a manner that supports information governance, records management, metadata management, retention, and compliance requirements. 

Through this RFI, the City is seeking information on available email connector solutions, including their capabilities, implementation approaches, support models, and pricing.
