The City of Saskatoon will be creating a qualified suppliers lists to engage qualified vendors to provide alternative resolution methods (ARMs) for resolving workplace complaints effectively, reducing escalations, and improving employee satisfaction with fair, impartial, and constructive resolution processes. The goal is to foster a positive and respectful work environment by addressing conflicts proactively, rebuilding trust, and restoring professional relationships.

This opportunity is intended for suppliers who are not currently part of the existing MSA. Only new vendors are required to submit.
