Description:	The City of Saskatoon is seeking qualified engineering consulting services for inspection, condition assessment, and rehabilitation recommendations for the North Siphon Chambers. At the end of the assessment, the Consultant will submit a final report containing the condition rating (assessment), recommended rehabilitation activities, and construction technical specifications for rehabilitating the chambers.
