| Description: |
This project includes roadway reconstruction and partial ditch upgrades on Cartwright Street from Strathcona Avenue to Lorne Avenue, and on Strathcona Avenue from Cartwright Street to its northern boundary. Ditch work in designated areas includes clearing and grubbing, grading, and placement of topsoil and seed. Road work generally consists of full-depth reconstruction, including reconstruction of the subgrade, granular base, and asphalt/RAP structure, to an approximate total depth of 420 mm. All traffic control required to complete the Work shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. |
